National Cadet Corps (NCC)
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a premier youth development organization that aims to nurture discipline, leadership, patriotism, and a spirit of selfless service among students. Through structured training and a wide range of activities, NCC provides an excellent platform for young individuals to enhance their physical fitness, confidence, and personality.
The NCC Unit of the College motivates students to take part in parades, camps, adventure programmes, leadership training, and community service activities. These programmes help cadets develop qualities such as discipline, determination, teamwork, and effective decision-making, which are essential for personal and professional growth.
Cadets actively engage in various initiatives including national integration programmes, environmental awareness drives, social welfare campaigns, disaster response activities, and other community-oriented projects. Participation in such activities enables students to become socially aware and responsible citizens while strengthening their commitment to national development.
By promoting the values of unity, integrity, courage, and service, the NCC Unit contributes significantly to the holistic development of students. It empowers young minds to become confident leaders and dedicated citizens capable of making meaningful contributions to society and the nation.
